Questions
Before you ask.
- How quickly will you reply?
- WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us and we reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner. Send the date, the location and roughly how long you need covered, and we'll tell you whether the date is free and which package fits.
- When will I get my photos?
- Shorter sessions are delivered in 3–5 days. Half-day and extended sessions take 1–2 weeks. Weddings are a full day of coverage and a much larger edit, so those take 3–4 weeks. Every delivered frame is edited individually rather than batch-processed.
- Which areas do you cover?
- We cover Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Kajang & Bangi. Anywhere further is still possible — travel beyond those areas is simply quoted on request when you enquire.
- Do you shoot video as well as photos?
- Yes. Most session types offer a photo package, a video package, or both together at a reduced combined rate. Wedding video includes a teaser, a highlight film and compiled clips of the key moments.
- How do I book, and is a deposit required?
- Message us on WhatsApp with your date and we'll confirm availability, then walk you through the package that suits. Dates are held once booking is confirmed — weekends in wedding season go first, so earlier is better.
