Privacy Policy

The short version

This site has no contact form, no login, no shopping cart and no advertising cookies. We do not sell or share your information. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us when you get in touch.

When you contact us

Every enquiry button opens WhatsApp, Instagram, Threads or your email app. Those conversations happen on those platforms and are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We keep the messages you send so we can quote and plan your session, and we use them for nothing else.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you, follow you across other websites, or record anything that identifies you personally — which is why this site shows no cookie banner. We see totals, referring sites and countries, never individuals.

Your photographs

Photographs from a session are delivered privately to you. A selection of work appears in the public galleries on this site as a portfolio of what we do. If you appear in a photograph here and would prefer it were not published, email mufirdaus15@gmail.com and we will remove it — no explanation needed, and we will confirm once it is done.

All photographs on this site remain the copyright of firdausmedias and carry a watermark. They are not licensed for reuse without permission.

Your rights

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mufirdaus15@gmail.com and we will respond.

Changes

If we add anything that collects more information — a booking form, for example — we will update this page and change the date above.
